  • What Wisecut is used for?
    Wisecut is a video editing software that leverages AI and voice recognition to edit videos automatically. It works best for talking videos like YouTube Videos, Tutorials, Online Courses, Interviews, Testimonials, Podcasts, Vlogs, Product Reviews, Businesses Meetings Recordings, and Presentations.
  • Which languages does Wisecut support?
    As for now, Wisecut can edit and generate automatic subtitles in 6 languages. Here's the current list of supported languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese Filipino, German, Filipino, Arabic, Hindi, Farsi, Dutch, Korean, Japanese. We are working on adding more languages soon.
  • Can I cancel my account anytime?
    Yes, you can always cancel your plan at any time by going to Account Settings and clicking on “Cancel subscription.” Should you decide to cancel, you will still have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle. You can find our cancelation and refund policy on our Wisecut Customer Agreement page.
  • What happens to my videos if I cancel my plan?
    If you cancel your plan, your account will turn into a free account, and your videos will still be on your project list and in your library.
  • Do I need to enter a credit card to try Wisecut?
    No, Wisecut's Free plan includes everything you need to edit a video. If you’d like to gain access to FullHD quality and more hours of editing per month, then you’ll need to enter your credit card information to switch to a paid plan.
  • What payment options are available? Is it secure?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards. Our payment system uses the latest security technology and is powered by Stripe, one of the world’s most reliable payment companies. If you have any trouble paying by card, please contact us.
  • What happens to my plan if my credit card is declined?
    If your credit card is declined, your account will revert to a free account. All your videos will remain, but your plan will be limited to the free version.
  • Is there a trial for the paid plans?
    We don’t currently have a trial, but our free plan allows you to test most of our tools. Go ahead and try it; then, if you’d like to gain access to FullHD quality, more hours of editing, and Premium features, you can switch to a paid plan.
  • Will the credit roll over to the next month?
    No, the credits are only valid on a monthly basis. Every account has a renewal date, which is the date your account or plan was registered. All the credits will renew on that date.
  • What’s the fastest way to reach you in case I need help?
    You can contact us via support@wisecut.video or live chat, and we’ll respond during our working hours. You can also access relevant FAQs and tutorials in ourHelp Center.
  • Do you need to download Wisecut?
    No. Wisecut is fully online and it’s always saved in the cloud. It works in browsers in Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android, etc. You can also start on your phone and then finish on your desktop computer or vice-versa.
