Which languages does Wisecut support?As for now, Wisecut can edit and generate automatic captions in 13 languages. Here's the current list of supported languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Korean, Japanese. We are working on adding more languages soon.

Can I cancel my account anytime?Yes, you can always cancel your plan at any time by going to Account Settings and clicking on “Cancel subscription.” Should you decide to cancel, you will still have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle. You can find our cancelation and refund policy on our Wisecut Customer Agreement page.

What happens to my videos if I cancel my plan?If you cancel your plan, your account will turn into a free account. In the event that a Free account remains inactive for a period of thirty (30) days, Wisecut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to effectuate the deletion of said account and its content. You can find our termination policy on our Wisecut Customer Agreement page.

Do I need to enter a credit card to try Wisecut?No, Wisecut's Free plan includes everything you need to edit a video. If you’d like to gain access to FullHD quality and more hours of editing per month, then you’ll need to enter your credit card information to switch to a paid plan.

What payment options are available? Is it secure?We accept all major debit and credit cards. Our payment system uses the latest security technology and is powered by Stripe/Paddle, two of the world’s most reliable payment companies. If you have any trouble paying by card, please contact us.

What happens to my plan if my credit card is declined?If your credit card is declined, your account will revert to a free account. All your videos will remain, but your plan will be limited to the free version.

Is there a trial for the paid plans?We have a Free Trial plan that allows you to test most of our tools. Go ahead and try it; then, if you’d like to gain access to downloads and Premium features, you can switch to a paid plan.

Will the credit roll over to the next month?No, the credits are only valid on a monthly basis. Every account has a renewal date, which is the date your account or plan was registered. All the credits will renew on that date.
